Processing Times

Ready-made orders are prepared within 1-2 business days.

Custom and personalised orders require a minimum of 10 days’ notice. Larger orders may require additional preparation time, which will be confirmed when your order is discussed.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within Australia is $7. Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal service delays.

Tracking details will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by arrangement. The pickup address and instructions will be provided after your order has been confirmed and is ready for collection.

International Shipping

International shipping is available from $20. Available shipping options and the final cost will be displayed at checkout based on the destination.

International delivery times begin after the order has been prepared and dispatched. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays and the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied by their country. Some fragrance products may be unavailable for international shipping because of carrier restrictions. If we are unable to ship an item to your destination, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
